How to apply for a grant

Reactive grants

Greenham Common Trust has two reactive grant rounds a year in the spring and autumn which are now administered through our new online grant portal www.findmeagrant.org.

Findmeagrant will be used for grant applications for Trust funding, Vibrant Villages grants and other grant making organisations.  All new applications will be expected to use this system but don't worry – it is simple, with lots of Help and Frequently Asked Questions to take you through the process. And remember we are always available to call or email should you have any queries.

People are welcome to make new applications at any time.  Grant applicants can attract public donations at any time (available online via findmeagrant) and funding from other grant making organisations. The Trust will also match public donations (throughout the year) to applications which are eligible with 'Trust-Top-Up' and administer Gift Aid, where applicable, free of charge. This means that 100% of any donation will go directly to the applicant. There is a maximum of £5,000 per application for Trust Top-Up and £10,000 per organisation in each financial year (Apr-Mar).

Major Projects

We also encourage applications to fund major projects via findmeagrant . But if you are applying for funding for a major project (one that is more than 50% of our reactive grant pot of £150,000, i.e £75,000) it is suggested that you contact the Trust's Chris Boulton, who would be very happy to discuss it further, (tel: 01635 817444).
