We work in partnership with the charitable sector to provide services with a lasting benefit to the local community.
Our wide range of suitable properties has allowed many local charitable projects not only to be more cost effective but also to develop and grow to meet the needs of local people.

a new home for Mencap Link Up and Newbury Community Furniture Project
a shop and post office with a community meeting space and café
a multi-functional community venue for Newbury
a centre to support young adults with learning disabilities
a Museum of national community needlework and also an Exhibition Centre
the first home in the country for young people leaving care
working with young people in Greenham and Bishops Green
a purpose built facility designed to enable the recycling of goods and to provide training and employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities
