Our Assets

The Trust was formed to use commercial property as an engine for generating surplus revenue for charitable giving.

This began in 1997 with the acquisition of the former Greenham Common Airbase. 150-acres of military buildings were transformed by the Trust into a mixed-use business park – Greenham Business Park, now the largest strategic employment site in West Berkshire.

Our portfolio of commercial properties now includes:

• Greenham Business Park
• The Innovation Centre, Basingstoke
• The Turnpike Industrial Estate
• Cottismore Garden Centre, Kingsclere
• Broadway House, Newbury

Our current yearly charitable spend, all generated by revenue from these and other properties, is nearly £4.5 million.
