Who we are
Greenham Common Trust is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. It has a distinguished group of local people acting as Patrons and a very experienced Board of Directors. The Trust also has trading subsidiaries that carry out many of the Trust's operations including managing its investments, all under the overall control and supervision of the Trust. There is also a Management Group of local professionals who are available to advise the Trust and its subsidiaries as necessary. Distribution of charitable funds within the community is informed by the Distribution Committee of the Trust, whose members are primarily drawn from the public and voluntary sectors.
