Broadway House

Greenham Common Trust bought the former three-storey Vodafone suite of offices at the top of Northbrook in 2009 with the idea of creating a ‘one-stop-shop’ for counselling and voluntary organisation.
Following a refurbishment programme, Broadway House was opened in September 2010 creating an office, meeting and counselling space in Newbury Town Centre where easily accessible facilities can be shared by a number of organisations supporting the local community.
Broadway House now houses a number of local charities and organisations who benefit from the shared services, as well as the experience and networking opportunities of being under one roof. There are 3 dedicated counselling rooms, 2 small meeting/counselling rooms a large conference room (which can be split into two) and a large meeting rooms. Subject to availability, these rooms are also available for hire by external organisations.

The West Berkshire Citizens Advice Bureau is the anchor tenant and is based on the second floor of Broadway House where they run their drop in service, telephone service and carers’ advice service.
The Trust is currently refurbishing the ground floor of the building. The consultation, meeting rooms and conference rooms are available to hire during and outside of office hours (by arrangement). Please visit the booking page for further details.
Visitors can access Broadway House from the front entrance and are asked to make their way to the first or second floors where they can call the organisation they wish to visit.
The building is fully disabled accessible.
