AN ARTS AND ENVIRONMENT SCHOOLS PROJECT, organised by Coral Arts in conjunction with West Berkshire Council's Greenham Rangers. The workshop had the theme of flight, with the previous role of the Common as a military air base reflected in the making of paper aeroplanes, brightly coloured wind socks, flags and kites to be used with 'play' sequences also involving music,drama oral history and choreography. Local school children explored tha flora and fauna of the Common to produce a video showing the transformation of the former airbase back to heathland.
