Acclaimed cabarettist Barb Jungr, winner of New York's prestigious Backstage 2003 International Artist of the Year award for cabaret, hosts a monthly night at New Greenham Arts. Inspired by her successful Café Prague night in Brighton, Barb introduces guests who'll entertain with a wide mix of European cabaret muusic.

Regular host Barb Jungr was Down Under, so this month the wonderful Gill Manly stepped into her shows and welcomed London-based jazz vocalist Shireen Francis, a warm, engaging and soulful performer to The Blue Hours. Shireen has, and continues to develop, her own unique blend of jazz with flavours of Gospel, Blues, Calypso and Reggae. Performing with some of the country's top jazz musicians, the combination of Shireen's stunning, expressive voice coupled with her natural musicianship has delighted audiences all around the world.
