THE BLUE HOURS Hosted by Barb Jungr
Acclaimed cabarettist Barb Jungr, winner of New York's prestigious Backstage 2003 International Artist of the Year award for cabaret, hosts a monthly night at New Greenham Arts. Inspired by her successful Café Prague night in Brighton, Barb introduces guests who'll entertain with a wide mix of European cabaret music.
Barb Jungr and her accompanist play host to the stunning Philip Jeays and his musicians, who return triumphantly to launch the new spring season. Phil's wonderful songs and dramatic delivery, his style and passion, are framed by a group of handsome young men with instruments. He brought the house down in the Blue Hours first season and returns by popular demand.
Philip Jeays is a real find, just the sort of discovery you're always hoping to make and rarely do. Daily Telegraph |
