'SCHOOLS' WORK WITH HYWEL DAVIES'

Local primary school children participated in a residency project at New Greenham Arts this Spring. Composer and sonic artist Hywel Davies, whose sound installation 'Pastoral' was open to the public in the old Control Tower on Greenham Common from during April and May, broadcast another sound installation in the Gallery at New Greenham Arts, compiled from the children's recordings of water and their performances on ad hoc instruments such as sticks and cans.
