The episodic nature of the piece leads to a cetain sameness of pace throughout; but this is compensated for by the sheer exuberance and energy of the cast, and the constant flow of laugh-lines in the script...Certainly the first-night audience were enthusiastic in their applause at the end - and that was an entirely adult audience."
