Newbury Contemporary Dance Company's AN EVENING TO CELEBRATE A YEAR OF DANCE.

'African Images' was performed by eight adult students working in groups and couples, sometimes imitating each other's movements in waves. 'Susse Madel' was a collaborative work inspired by the paintings of Gustav Klimt. Four dancers intertwined in a kaleidoscope of pattern and colour reminiscent of the painters’ stylised portraits set against golden mosaics.
