A mixed exhibition of work by HYBRID, who consider the divide between the arts and sciences as inappropriate and limiting and believe that both disciplines are engaged in the pursuit of a more complete understanding of the nature of things. The exhibition coincided with EXPOTECH 2000 - the Festival of Technology and Science at New Greenham Park.

"New Greenham Arts gallery is a particularly relevant space in which to stage this exhibition, situated as it is on a site once viewed negatively for its technological associations and now in the process of establishing itself as a positive source of technological innovation. Allied to this, the fundamental debate about whether science is friend or foe, a force for good or evil, is addressed admirably by the Hybrid exhibition. It is thought-provoking and visually beautiful, but one cannot help thinking that art has retained the moral high ground. It usually does."
